This role is ideal for a mid-level technical support professional who is fully bilingual in Japanese (Native/N1) and English. It is a great fit for someone coming from a SaaS, IT Helpdesk, or QA background, but the hiring team is also open to candidates from customer-facing backgrounds like tourism or English teaching, provided they have strong technical literacy and a degree. Located in Tokyo, this is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days in the office. You’ll be the "first responder" for the Japanese market, handling everything from basic product questions to complex root-cause troubleshooting.
