This role is designed for an experienced Technical Support professional who is truly multilingual. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience—specifically 2+ years in software support—and is fluent in **Spanish** or **Portuguese** in addition to English. You should have a solid grasp of contact center technologies (VoIP, PBX, IVR) and networking protocols to handle complex, high-level troubleshooting for global clients.
While the base salary isn't listed, the benefits package is robust for the Manila market. It includes **company stocks**, an annual merit increase, and a **15% night shift differential**.
