This role is ideal for a mid-level technical professional with 2+ years of experience in client-facing support, specifically within the REST API or enterprise software space. You should have a functional grasp of general-purpose programming languages and a solid understanding of web technology stacks. The ideal candidate enjoys "diving into the weeds" of customer code to troubleshoot deliverability issues and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. This is a remote-first position based in specific regions of India (Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, or New Delhi). You will serve as a subject matter expert for the Programmable Messaging API, working directly with developers and major brands.
