This role is ideal for a mid-level technical support professional with at least 2 years of experience in product support, specifically within the contact center (CCaaS) or telecommunications space. You should have a solid foundation in Windows environments, SQL, and hands-on log analysis to troubleshoot complex enterprise software issues.
As part of the expanding team in India, you will play a hands-on role in scaling next-generation cloud-native services. Please note that this is a strictly **on-site, night shift** position based in Chennai, requiring high availability for global customer support. You'll be working with a leading cloud platform that integrates deeply with REST APIs and major cloud providers like AWS.

* Have direct experience with contact center software like Cisco UCCE, Genesys, or Amazon Connect.
* Are comfortable performing deep-dive log analysis and troubleshooting via Linux and SQL.
* Are willing to work a consistent night shift schedule from a physical office location.
* Can consultatively guide customers through technical implementations and issue resolutions.
