This role is designed for a technical problem-solver with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys the intersection of web development and customer success. It is ideal for someone with a background in engineering or web development (familiar with Ruby/Rails, APIs, and JavaScript) who wants a deeply technical support role rather than a standard ticket-based position. Note that this is intended as a long-term support career rather than a "springboard" into other departments.
The position offers a hybrid work model in Sydney, requiring at least two shifts in-office per week.
