This role is ideal for a Mid-level Technical Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in product support, specifically within the cloud contact center (CCaaS) space. You should have a strong grasp of omni-channel communication and be comfortable working with a Windows/Linux technical stack. Proficiency in log analysis and a structured approach to troubleshooting are essential for this position.
