This role is ideal for a mid-level Technical Support Engineer located in Colombia who has a strong command of JavaScript and full-stack troubleshooting. You should have at least 2 years of experience and be comfortable digging into server-side code (Node.js, C#, or Java) and client-side issues to help developers integrate APIs and SDKs. This is a **fully remote** position within Colombia, offering the flexibility of working from home while supporting a global customer base. A standout feature is the structured shift work (covering 8 AM to 10 PM GMT-5) which follows a 5-day work week that may include weekends.
