This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with 1–2 years of experience in SaaS technical support, MIS, or software development. You should be a native or fluent Thai speaker with a strong command of written English. While the role is centered on partner success and troubleshooting, a background in Engineering, Business, or Marketing—paired with an interest in marketing technology—will help you excel.
You’ll be joining a high-growth, woman-founded B2B SaaS unicorn that recently secured $500M in Series E funding.
