You should have hands-on experience troubleshooting VOIP issues like jitter and latency, along with a solid grasp of SIP and WebRTC. Because this position supports the "Hyperconnect" product for the beauty and wellness industry, an interest in SaaS and high-growth tech environments is essential. While the salary is positioned between $55k–$60k, the role offers high visibility within a "unicorn" company and the chance to act as a subject matter expert. A key factor to consider is the work schedule: you will work out of the Bellevue, WA office on a rotating shift basis that includes weekends and early morning starts (as early as 6:00 AM). **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have experience using diagnostic tools like Wireshark or Browser Dev Tools to solve connectivity issues. * Understand the nuances of network configurations, including firewalls, DNS, and NAT. * Are comfortable working on-site in the Seattle area with a flexible, shift-based schedule. * Excel at translating complex technical "voice" problems into clear solutions for non-technical salon or spa owners.

We are seeking Technical Support Specialists to provide top-notch customer support for Zenoti's VOIP solution, Hyperconnect. You will work from our Seattle-area HQ, interfacing with customers to troubleshoot real-time communication issues, investigate network and browser-based problems, and guide customers through critical voice workflows. Your role will directly impact business continuity for clients and ensure the reliability of Hyperconnect during daily operations. This is a high-visibility role working on a high-growth product.
