You should have a solid foundation in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Go-To-Market systems and be comfortable working within Agile or Scrum frameworks to translate stakeholder requests into actionable user stories and process flows. The Technical Systems Analyst is a hands-on individual contributor within the Business Systems team on Revenue Operations, responsible for translating business needs into clear system requirements and supporting consistent, predictable sprint execution. This role partners closely with Revenue Operations, and cross-functional partners to ensure systems work is well-defined, properly prioritized, and delivered efficiently.
This role operates with guidance from Senior Systems leaders and Product Owners, owning day-to-day execution while contributing to delivery quality, clarity, and process improvement.
