Type: Full-time

This role is designed for a technical expert who bridges the gap between software development and telecommunications infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a mid-level engineer who is fluent in **Python** and deeply understands the 5G ecosystem, specifically VNF/CNF architectures. You should be comfortable not only designing complex cloud solutions using OpenStack and Kubernetes but also rolling up your sleeves to implement them and fix software defects. Standout perks include a **$2,000 USD annual professional development budget**, priority travel upgrades for company events (known as "sprints"), and a global compensation philosophy focused on equity. While the role is remote, it requires a significant "field" component, with **up to 50% travel** for customer meetings and project delivery across the Americas. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have intermediate to advanced **Python** skills and experience with **Terraform**. * Understand low-level networking and performance tuning (SRIOV, DPDK, NUMA). * Have a background in Mobile Packet Core, Radio, or OSS/BSS architectures. * Enjoy a "hands-on" consultative role that involves both pre-sales and technical delivery.
