This role is for a mid-level B2B sales professional with a deep understanding of the telecommunications sector and open-source ecosystems. The ideal candidate has experience selling complex infrastructure solutions (like Linux, cloud, or container technology) and is comfortable navigating long, technical enterprise sales cycles. Proficiency in the local language for the Middle East, DACH, Nordics, or Eastern Europe is a significant advantage.
This is a fully remote position within a globally distributed organization that prioritizes talent over location. While the hiring process is famously rigorous and slow (3–6 months), the company offers a high-performance culture with unique perks, including twice-yearly international travel for team "sprints," a $2,000 annual learning budget, and travel upgrades for long-haul flights.
