This role is ideal for a Science educator or localization specialist who is native in Telugu and has a deep passion for making education accessible. Since you will be managing a team of 5–6 people, this is a mid-level leadership position that requires a strong command of Science concepts up to Class XII. The ideal candidate blends pedagogical expertise with technical skills in CAT tools and video editing to ensure high-quality, culturally relevant content for learners in India. This is a **fully remote**, full-time contract for 12 months, offering the flexibility of working from home with occasional travel (2–3 times per quarter). While the exact salary isn’t listed, it is described as competitive and includes the unique opportunity to scale educational impact for millions of students. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between English-language resources and Telugu-medium learners by collaborating directly with state teachers and refining regional style guides. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Are a native Telugu speaker with professional-level writing skills and a background in Telugu-medium education. * Have experience leading small teams and performing quality audits on translated or educational materials. * Feel comfortable explaining complex Science concepts (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) at a high school level. * Are tech-savvy and familiar with translation software, video localization, or digital content creation.
