This role is designed for a seasoned performance marketer with a strong background in B2B growth and at least 5 years of experience managing paid digital channels (Social and Display). The ideal candidate is a "strategic doer" who understands the nuances of full-funnel direct response marketing and can navigate complex data environments to drive measurable revenue growth. You will join a high-impact Growth Marketing team responsible for building global, best-in-class digital programs. This is a mid-to-senior level position requiring a deep understanding of attribution, incrementality, and the privacy landscape. ## What you’ll do
As a Paid Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of paid digital marketing efforts supporting our inbound funnel and to drive demand and engage key segments of users - designing, implementing, and optimizing scaled digital campaigns. You will help create an uncommonly great paid program at Stripe through a relentless focus on user experience and channel optimization. In the role, you will be the go-to expert on paid digital to support multiple segments and collaborate with a cross functional team to deliver on marketing goals for those segments.Responsibilities
