You must be comfortable navigating a B2B sales cycle and building face-to-face relationships with administrators at long-term care facilities. The compensation is a major draw, with a high total target of $140k–$180k (base + uncapped commission). While the team is remote-first, this is a hybrid field role requiring you to be in the St. Louis market four days a week. As a Territory Account Executive, you’ll own and grow Clipboard’s presence in your local market as a field-based market owner: building relationships, signing new facility partners, and ensuring existing customers succeed on our platform. You’ll be the face of Clipboard in your territory, spending most of your week in the field meeting with Administrators, Staffing Coordinators, Regional Directors of Operations, and more at, primarily, long term care facilities. Your success in the role is measured by revenue growth within your market.
