This role is ideal for high-energy sales professionals who enjoy being "on the move" rather than behind a desk. Clipboard Health is looking for two distinct profiles: hungry **early-career builders** (0-2 years) or **experienced outside sales reps** (3-5+ years) with a background in B2B or healthcare sales. Since this is a field-based role, you must be a self-starter who is comfortable navigating the local Los Angeles healthcare landscape and building face-to-face relationships with facility administrators. The compensation is a major standout, offering a total package between **$170k - $200k/year** plus uncapped commissions. While the company is remote-first, this specific position requires you to be in the field **4 days a week** (60-80% travel). As a Territory Account Executive, you’ll own and grow Clipboard’s presence in your local market as a field-based market owner: building relationships, signing new facility partners, and ensuring existing customers succeed on our platform. You’ll be the face of Clipboard in your territory, spending most of your week in the field meeting with Administrators, Staffing Coordinators, Regional Directors of Operations, and more at, primarily, long term care facilities. Your success in the role is measured by revenue growth within your market.
