This role is ideal for high-energy sales professionals who enjoy being "on the road" rather than behind a desk. Clipboard is seeking two profiles: ambitious early-career hunters (0–2 years) or experienced territory managers (3–5+ years) with a background in B2B field sales, healthcare, or marketplace environments. Since you’ll be the "face" of the brand across New York City, you need to be comfortable pitching to healthcare administrators and managing a high-volume local territory. The compensation is highly competitive ($170k–$200k) for a mid-level role and includes an uncapped commission structure. While the company is a global, remote-first unicorn, this specific position is a "true" hybrid role: you will spend 80% of your time (4 days a week) in the field meeting clients locally. As a Territory Account Executive, you’ll own and grow Clipboard’s presence in your local market as a field-based market owner: building relationships, signing new facility partners, and ensuring existing customers succeed on our platform. You’ll be the face of Clipboard in your territory, spending most of your week in the field meeting with Administrators, Staffing Coordinators, Regional Directors of Operations, and more at, primarily, long term care facilities. Your success in the role is measured by revenue growth within your market.
