You should have a consultative approach and the ability to build trust with healthcare providers, clinical partners, and families. Since this role focuses on mental health access, a background in healthcare or behavioral health sales is a significant advantage. The position offers a base salary of $70,000 – $85,000 plus a performance-based bonus. While it is a hybrid role based in Fort Collins, it is highly active; you will be in the field 4–5 days a week meeting with partners within a one-hour driving radius. Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.#LI-HYBRID
