Since this is a "boots on the ground" territory management position, you must be comfortable with frequent local travel and have a consultative approach to relationship building. The compensation package is transparent, offering a base salary of $70k–$85k plus a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits. While the role is hybrid, it is highly active; you will be in the field 4–5 days a week meeting with clinicians, parents, and providers. Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.#LI-HYBRID
