Since this is a hybrid field position based in College Park, you must be a Maryland local with a reliable vehicle, ready to spend 80% of your week meeting with healthcare providers and community leaders to expand access to virtual treatment. The compensation package is competitive, featuring a base salary of $70k–$85k plus a performance-based bonus. As a senior-level position in a rapidly growing startup, this role offers significant autonomy to shape and execute your own regional "Go-To-Market" strategy. Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.#LI-HYBRID
