Since you will be the "boots on the ground" in El Paso, you should have a consultative sales style and the ability to build trust with healthcare providers, clinical partners, and families. While healthcare experience is a plus, a proven track record of hitting KPIs is the primary driver for success. A standout feature is the hybrid structure that prioritizes local community engagement; you will spend 4–5 days a week in the field building high-impact relationships. The compensation includes a base salary of $65k–$80k plus a performance-based bonus. Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. #LI-HYBRID
