This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with 1–4 years of experience who is passionate about mental health advocacy. Since this is a field-based position in McAllen, TX, you should be a self-starter who enjoys building local community partnerships and has a proven track record of hitting KPIs, preferably within the healthcare sector. The compensation structure is a major highlight, featuring a base salary between $65k–$80k with an uncapped performance bonus that brings the expected total earnings to over $100k. You will have significant autonomy to develop a "Go-To-Market" strategy while receiving comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to scale with a fast-growing startup. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Live in the McAllen area and have a valid driver's license for daily local travel. * Are comfortable "pounding the pavement" 4–5 days a week to meet with clinical providers and partners. * Have experience using Salesforce to manage a sales pipeline and outreach activities. * Can translate complex clinical services into persuasive, consultative presentations for senior personnel.

Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers an uncapped target performance-based bonus with overall expected compensation will be between $89,000 and $104,000. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.BRID
