This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level sales professional with 1–4 years of experience who thrives in a field-based, relationship-driven environment. You should have a consultative approach and the ability to build trust with healthcare providers, parents, and community stakeholders. While healthcare experience is a plus, a proven track record of hitting KPIs and the motivation to work in a fast-paced startup atmosphere are the primary drivers for success. The position offers a strong earning potential with a base salary up to $80k and an uncapped bonus structure that brings the total expected target compensation up to $104k. As a key member of the outreach team, you will have high autonomy to design and execute your own market strategy in the San Antonio area. This is a mission-driven role focused on expanding access to virtual mental health care with comprehensive benefits and a clear path for career growth. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Live in San Antonio and enjoy being out in the field 4–5 days a week. * Have a reliable vehicle and are comfortable traveling locally for meetings. * Are an expert at "closing" while maintaining a high level of empathy and clinical integrity. * Are comfortable using Salesforce and Microsoft Office to track your outreach and GTM strategy.

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers an uncapped target performance-based bonus with overall expected compensation will be between $89,000 and $104,000. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
