This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional with 1–4 years of experience who thrives on building local community relationships. You should have a "consultative" approach and be comfortable navigating the healthcare landscape, specifically connecting with clinical partners, providers, and families to expand access to mental health services. The compensation package is standout, offering a base salary of $70k–$90k with an uncapped performance bonus that brings the expected total to $114k. Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers an uncapped target performance-based bonus with overall expected compensation will be between $94,000 and $114,000. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
