## Job Description
As a Territory Sales Manager for our Moen brand, a trusted leader in plumbing fixtures and water solutions, you will play an important role in nurturing relationships and supporting customers across your territory. You will partner closely with wholesalers, dealers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, share knowledge, and deliver thoughtful solutions that create long-term value.

This role focuses on building meaningful connections, supporting an established book of business, and collaboratively identifying opportunities for growth. You will work alongside internal teams and partners to ensure a consistent, supportive customer experience while contributing to Moen’s continued success in the market.

Travel will typically include approximately 1–2 overnights per quarter.

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
