This role is ideal for a mid-level support professional with 2–4 years of experience in a SaaS or call center environment. You should be comfortable navigating complex software platforms and feel at home in a high-volume, multi-channel support setting (chat, email, and phone). Since this position serves the financial sector, a knack for technical troubleshooting and a professional demeanor are essential. The position offers a solid compensation package (up to $60k + bonus) and is fully remote within the US. While the work-from-home flexibility is a major plus, keep in mind the late start times (ending as late as 7:30pm CST) and a rotating Saturday shift requirement.
