**Who this is for** This role is for an experienced trainer who can develop and deliver effective training programs for call center staff in the managed care environment. You will play a key part in enhancing the skills and performance of member and provider service teams. **Key highlights** This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity where you will be responsible for conducting training needs analyses, developing training materials, and evaluating program effectiveness. Position Purpose:Responsible for developing and conducting a variety of training programs and/or auditing tools for Member and Provider Service roles in Centene’s contact centers.
The Trainer I role is fully remote. Candidates will be considered nationally. Responsibilities:
Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year
