**Who this is for** This role is for a proactive leader with experience in the SaaS industry who is passionate about mentoring teams and driving operational excellence. You will oversee a group of Trial Experience Specialists, serving as their coach and primary point of escalation while ensuring the team maintains high performance in a fast-paced, remote environment. **Key highlights** You will play a pivotal role in shaping the trial user journey by providing daily leadership, training new hires, and monitoring team health. By analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for process redesign, you will directly influence the service quality and growth trajectory of the HighLevel platform. **You might be a good fit if you...** - Have prior experience in SaaS sales or customer success management with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. - Possess strong communication skills and are comfortable maintaining a camera-on presence for all professional interactions. - Demonstrate proficiency in identifying strategic improvements and managing escalations in a high-accountability culture. - Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a customer-focused role.
