This is an ideal role for a mid-to-senior backend engineer (5–8 years of experience) who has specialized in the "offensive" side of defense. You should have at least 2 years of dedicated experience in Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, or security engineering. The team is looking for a builder who understands adversarial behavior and can write production-grade code in Python, Go, or Node.js to stop bots and account takeovers before they happen. The compensation is highly competitive, starting at $187k USD for Zone A, plus equity and a performance bonus.
