Job Description

### About Us

Twitch is the world’s biggest live streaming service, with global communities built around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking, and more. It is where thousands of communities come together for whatever, every day.

We’re about community, inside and out. You’ll find coworkers who are eager to team up, collaborate, and smash (or elegantly solve) problems together. We’re on a quest to empower live communities, so if this sounds good to you, see what we’re up to on [LinkedIn](https://link.twitch.tv/TwitchLinkedinJD) and [X](https://link.twitch.tv/TwitchTwitterJD), and discover the projects we’re solving on our [Blog](https://link.twitch.tv/TwitchBlogJD). Be sure to explore our [Interviewing Guide](https://link.twitch.tv/TwitchInterviewingJD) to learn how to ace our interview process.

### About the Team

The Twitch Monetization UX team is responsible for designing the experiences that power sustainable growth for creators, viewers, and Twitch itself. We build and evolve the systems that enable creators to earn while ensuring that revenue opportunities feel natural, rewarding, and aligned with the spirit of live communities. A Monetization UX Designer is expected to lead design work at the project level, partner closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders, represent work to executive leadership, and guide and mentor junior designers while reporting directly to a Director of Design.

### About the Role

Designers on the Monetization team work across the full product lifecycle—from early concept and opportunity exploration through launch and ongoing iteration. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data partners to design thoughtful monetization experiences that balance business goals with creator and viewer trust. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, experimentation mindset, and a deep care for the people who power Twitch’s communities.

If you are passionate about designing revenue experiences that empower creators, strengthen communities, and feel intuitive and fair for users, you will thrive on this team.

You can work from Twitch’s headquarters in San Francisco, CA; or from one of our hub locations in Seattle, WA; Irvine, CA; or New York City, NY
