This role is designed for a seasoned Sales Development Representative (SDR) who has a genuine interest in the modern web ecosystem. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting and feels comfortable navigating the complex hierarchies of Fortune 500 companies. While this is a sales role, a high degree of technical curiosity is required to effectively communicate with engineering and product leaders. The compensation is highly competitive for a mid-level SDR role, with an OTE range of $100,000 - $120,000 plus equity. The position offers a hybrid work model in major tech hubs (SF, NYC, or Austin) and provides a strong path for career growth into Enterprise Account Executive roles.
