This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned engineering executive with a deep background in **GenAI and Customer Experience (CX) technology**. The ideal candidate has over a decade of management experience and a proven track record of scaling production-grade AI products like Agent Assist and Conversational Analytics. You should be an expert in the Java ecosystem and modern AI architectures (LLMs, RAG, and vector databases), capable of bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and enterprise-scale reliability. The compensation package is exceptionally competitive, reaching up to **$512k base**, plus stock options and a 401k match. While the role offers **fully remote flexibility** (outside of the San Ramon area), it carries massive responsibility, overseeing the end-to-end evolution of a core product suite.
