This role is designed for a seasoned sales leader with a background in technical B2B software, specifically within the data science or "pro-code" DevTools ecosystem. You are a "player-coach" who excels at transitioning organizations from individual user adoption to enterprise-wide contracts. Ideally, you have deep experience in sales methodologies (like MEDDIC) and are comfortable navigating the technical authenticity required to sell to IT and data science leadership. The compensation is highly competitive, with a $220k–$240k base and a 50/50 pay mix (OOTE $440k–$480k).
