This is a volunteer role for tech-savvy community builders and activists who are passionate about decentralization and alternative governance. The ideal candidate isn't necessarily a developer but must have enough "technological fluency" to grasp the Logos stack and explain it to others. It is perfect for local leaders or organizers who want to bridge the gap between high-tech sovereign tools and real-world community action. While this is an **unpaid volunteer position**, it offers a unique entry point into the decentralized web (Web3) ecosystem. You will receive direct training on the technology stack, project management support, and a dedicated internal "buddy" to guide you. The organization also covers the logistical costs of the meetups (food, venue, etc.), allowing you to focus purely on facilitation and growth without financial overhead. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Can commit at least 2 hours per week for 6-12 months. * Are passionate about civil liberties, privacy, and corruption-resistant social institutions. * Have experience organizing local events or managing grassroots projects. * Are comfortable explaining complex technological concepts to a general audience.
Logos is a movement supporting the development of the decentralised web. Logos technologies lay the foundations for a freer internet upon which communities can evolve into network states. Each protocol in the Logos stack seeks to empower its users while upholding civil liberties and fundamental freedoms.
### About Logos
Logos is a movement to rebuild civil society using decentralised technologies. Logos is a sovereign, decentralised technology stack that allows for the creation of new types of corruption-resistant social institutions. It is designed to champion personal liberties and collective abundance through upgrading human governance.
As an open source movement, we need coders, creatives, and anyone passionate to help us build, own, and govern it.
### Circles initiative
[Logos Circles ](https://circles.logos.co/)are self-organised groups that take action to solve issues that matter locally. They are a form of parallel governance: instead of reforming broken or rigged institutions, they build better ones that live on or are sustained by the network. Circles respond to local needs, build trust on the ground through solving problems, and experiment with real-world applications of Logos tech and values.
[Upcoming circles ](https://logos.co/events/)near you.
We are looking for Volunteers that are passionate about the use of technology to provide alternate forms of governance.
