This role is designed for a seasoned GTM executive with at least 15 years of experience, specifically within high-growth FinTech, PropTech, or B2B2C SaaS environments. You are a strategic leader who excels at building post-sales revenue engines from the ground up, moving beyond simple retention to drive aggressive expansion and portfolio growth. The ideal candidate has a track record of managing C-suite relationships at massive enterprise accounts while maintaining the operational rigor to build scalable playbooks. The compensation is highly competitive, offering an OTE between **$290,000 and $360,000**, plus company equity. While this is a leadership role based in New York or San Francisco, Flex offers a strong relocation program for talent outside these areas. # About the role

As the Vice President of Account Management, you will be responsible for owning and scaling Flex’s post-sales revenue engine across our partner and customer base. Reporting directly to the Revenue Leader, you will lead the Account Management organization with a mandate to drive expansion revenue, retention, long-term partner value, and executive-level relationships across Flex’s largest and most strategic accounts.

This role blends strategic account leadership with operational rigor. You will build the systems, team, and playbooks required to ensure our partners realize increasing value from Flex over time—through product adoption, portfolio expansion, deeper integrations, and new growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a senior GTM leader with deep experience in account management, partner success, or post-sales growth within FinTech, PropTech, or high-growth SaaS environments.

This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.

The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. This is a commission earning role. The OTE (On Target Earnings) of $340,000 to $425,000.
