Job Summary:

USA Instruments, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to support our distribution operations. This role involves performing a variety of warehouse activities to ensure accurate and timely handling of instruments and related products.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of instruments and materials.
Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to established procedures.
Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Organize and maintain the warehouse for cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
Identify and report discrepancies or damage in shipments.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
