Web Frontend Engineer - JS, CSS, React, Flutter at Canonical

This role is ideal for a mid-level Frontend Engineer with a strong academic background and a deep interest in open-source software. You should be highly proficient in TypeScript and React, but also curious about (or experienced in) Flutter, as the company is using it to unify desktop and web development. Since the team is globally distributed, they are looking for "self-starters" who possess the discipline to work independently while maintaining high standards for UI performance and accessibility. The most unique aspect of this position is the "Work from Anywhere" model combined with high-frequency global travel; you’ll meet your international colleagues in person 2–4 times a year for week-long strategy sprints.
