This role is ideal for a data-driven web marketer with a strong background in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity. You should have at least 5 years of experience specifically focusing on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and website personalization. The hiring team is looking for a "hands-on" strategist who can manage a dedicated agency while personally diving into analytics to turn visitor behavior into pipeline growth.
The compensation is highly competitive, reaching up to $167k plus bonuses and equity.
