The position requires a "connector" personality—someone who can navigate complex contracts, coordinate with SalesOps, and drive revenue through strategic third-party relationships. The compensation range is broad ($68,500 - $159,200), offering significant upside for experienced negotiators, likely supplemented by performance bonuses and equity. The role is **fully remote** (unless you live near San Ramon, CA) but requires **30% travel** for events and meetings. As the WEM Partner Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive resale bookings and revenue through key WEM partnerships. You will be responsible for the overall success of the partnership, including partner management, reseller contracts, program activities, partner enablement, joint GTM initiatives, and driving revenue growth. This role reports to the Senior Director, Business Development and will require collaboration with Sales, SalesOps, Solution Consulting, Marketing, PS, Product Management, Finance and others.
