<p>We are seeking a <strong>Windows L3 Infrastructure Engineer</strong> to join our Infrastructure Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the <strong>operational delivery, administration, and lifecycle management of Windows-based infrastructure platforms</strong>, with additional responsibilities across <strong>VMware/vSphere environments</strong>. You will ensure secure, reliable, and scalable compute services across <strong>on‑premises and cloud environments</strong>. Experience with enterprise patching and endpoint tools (e.g., Tanium, BladeLogic, SCCM).You will report to the respective People Manager.</p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform <strong>L3 administration of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)</strong>, including installation, configuration, and lifecycle management</li><li>Own and execute <strong>OS patching, reboot coordination, and patch remediation</strong> activities in line with enterprise compliance standards</li><li>Build, configure, and maintain <strong>Windows servers</strong> according to global standards and security baselines</li><li>Administer and support <strong>Active Directory services</strong>, including user, group, and computer management, Group Policy creation and troubleshooting, and AD health monitoring</li><li>Manage and troubleshoot <strong>core Windows services</strong> such as DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure components</li><li>Perform <strong>software installations, upgrades, and configuration management</strong> across Windows platforms</li><li>Experience with enterprise patching and endpoint tools (e.g., Tanium, BladeLogic, SCCM)</li><li>Administer <strong>VMware/vSphere platforms</strong>, including:<ul><li>Virtual machine provisioning and decommissioning</li><li>Snapshot creation and management</li><li>Datastore and resource utilization monitoring</li><li>VM‑level performance and availability troubleshooting</li></ul></li><li>Automate operational and administrative tasks using <strong>PowerShell</strong> to improve efficiency, reliability, and consistency</li><li>Support and administer <strong>Windows workloads hosted on AWS and/or Azure</strong>, leveraging <strong>Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform</strong></li><li>Monitor system performance and availability; respond to incidents and participate in <strong>major incident (P1/P2) management and on-call rotations</strong></li><li>Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure adherence to enterprise standards</li><li>Contribute to change management, capacity planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul>

## Qualifications
<p><strong>What you will bring:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Minimum 5+ years of experience</strong> in <strong>Windows Server administration</strong> within enterprise environments</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise in:</li><li>Windows Server OS administration</li><li>Active Directory and Group Policy management</li><li>DNS administration and troubleshooting</li><li>OS patching and server build activities</li><li>Working experience with <strong>VMware/vSphere administration</strong> in production environments</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>PowerShell scripting and automation</strong> for day-to-day Windows administrative tasks</li><li>Experience supporting Windows infrastructure in <strong>AWS and/or Azure environments</strong>, including use of <strong>Terraform or similar IaC tools</strong></li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience operating within <strong>ITIL-aligned infrastructure operations teams</strong></li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul><p><strong>Will be considered as an advantage if you also have:</strong></p><ul><li>Microsoft, VMware, or cloud platform certifications</li><li>Experience with enterprise patching and endpoint tools (e.g., Tanium, BladeLogic, SCCM)</li><li>Exposure to security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance frameworks</li><li>Experience working in hybrid cloud infrastructure environments</li></ul>
