This role is ideal for a proactive hospitality or office management professional with at least 2 years of experience, specifically within high-end service or fast-paced tech environments. You should be a bilingual (English/French) "people person" who enjoys being the visible heartbeat of an office and has a solid grasp of French workplace health and safety regulations. As a fixed-term (CDD) position based near Gare St Lazare, this is a high-visibility opportunity to manage the company's largest global hub. While the contract is initially for 3 months (renewable), you will be deeply integrated into a global Workplace Community team, overseeing everything from vendor contracts and budgets to large-scale events like hackathons and company kick-offs. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Thrive in a high-presence role requiring 4–5 days onsite per week. * Are comfortable navigating French labor compliance and CSSCT requirements. * Possess strong administrative "rigor," including managing POs, invoices, and Slack/Intranet communications. * Have a background in event production or luxury hospitality.
